Founded in 2012, Living Horizon currently offers a supported living service for people with learning disabilities, mental health issues, acquired brain injuries and other complex needs. Our services provide high quality 2-4 bedroom homes, within easy reach of local amenities, public transport and access to education and employment opportunities. We provide round the clock 24/7 support staff

Our service approach is in line with the Personalisation agenda and focuses on service user empowerment, people’s rights to control their own lives and make choices around the support they receive.

We recognise that people are experts in their own lives and therefore best placed to make choices for themselves. We work with our service users to develop person centred support plans and support them to make their own decisions as much as they can in accordance with current legislation.
